Serviceability
This refers to a lender’s assessment of whether you can comfortably afford the loan repayments, based on your income, expenses, and existing debts.

LVR (Loan to Value Ratio)
LVR is the percentage of the property’s value that you’re borrowing. For example, if you purchase a property for $800,000 and borrow $720,000, your LVR is 90%.
